At Growveda, we take pride in delivering pure, natural, and high-quality Ayurvedic hair care products. Each product is carefully packed and checked before dispatch to ensure you receive it in the best condition.
✨ Please note our policy:
- We do not offer returns or refunds on any products once they are purchased.
- However, we do allow exchange only in the following cases:
- If you receive a damaged product
- If you receive a wrong product that is different from your order
⚡ Exchange Guidelines:
- You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with proof (order ID + product image/video).
- The product must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging for the exchange to be processed.
- Once verified, we will arrange for a replacement of the same product (or closest available option).
We appreciate your understanding, as our products are herbal and personal-care based, making returns/refunds not possible for hygiene and safety reasons.
